How do I place an order?

- Complete your purchase.
- Send us your personalization details (names, dates, photos, event information, etc.).
- We'll create your custom design and deliver it within the stated turnaround time.
How long does customization take?
Most orders are completed within 24 hours after we receive all of your information.
Large or complex custom orders may require additional time.
What information do I need to provide?
Depending on your product, we may need:

- Photos (if applicable)

Will I receive a physical product?
No.
All products sold on ToppersLife are digital products. Nothing will be shipped to your address.
What file format will I receive?
Most invitations are delivered as:
- MP4 Animated Video
- High-resolution image (when applicable)
Files are optimized for viewing and sharing on mobile devices.
How will I receive my order?
Once completed, your personalized digital invitation will be delivered by email or through your download link.
Can I request changes after delivery?
Yes.
Minor text corrections are included if requested shortly after delivery.
