ToppersLife does not claim ownership of a customer's original photographs, videos, logos, or other customer-owned materials merely because they are submitted for customization.

6. Third-Party Intellectual Property

If ToppersLife wishes to publicly feature a customer's personalized project containing private customer content, we may request separate permission.
